This role involves supporting various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth campus operations, and delivering exceptional customer service to our guests and attendees.

Eligibility

•To participate in this opportunity, you should meet one of the following criteria:
•Aged 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more, or
•Aged 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups.

Responsibility

•Greeting and registering guests and attendees on Campus.
•Organizing refreshments and catering for events as needed.
•Preparing and maintaining meeting and training rooms.
•Ensuring the tidiness and presentability of reception areas, offices, and facilities.
•Conducting daily health and safety checks on campus.

Skills

We’re looking for candidates with the following skills:
•Diligence and attention to detail.
•Strong verbal communication skills.
•Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Excellent customer service attitude and manner.
•Team player with a commitment to adhering to BIA’s procedures and policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
