The aim of this bundle deal is to allow members of the BIA food community to avail of a variety of the facilities at the BIA Innovator Campus CLG to help them build and promote their businesses.

BIA Food Community Bundle Deal

This bundle deal is developed to deliver the food community accessible pricing for non-ticketed, non-revenue generating events such as meetings with buyers, in house social media production etc.

For a fee of €299.00 ex VAT clients can avail of a mix of 4 of the following:

1 x 2-hour session in the BIA Auditorium

Can be used as staff training, in house social media production etc with max of 10 people per visit.

1 x 2-hour session in the BIA Showcase Room

Can be used for meetings, social media production etc.

1 x 2-hour session in the BIA Podcast Suite

Can be used for podcasting, client, meetings etc.

2 Days of BIA Hotdesking

2 days of BIA hotdesking

Mix and Match

Clients can use the same facility multiple times ex use the Auditorium twice for 2 hours at a time and not use the Podcast Suite or Showcase Room.

Bundle Use

Bundle deal runs Monday to Friday during BIA opening hours
Minimum redemption is 1 full 2 -hour session per use of the Auditorium/Showcase Room/Podcast Suite. Request for more than 2 hours per session will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Use in 1 year from time of purchase.

Booking and Cancellation

Booked via hello@biainnovatorcampuse.ie. We are as flexible as possible and welcome last minute or short notice bookings and will do our best to accommodate.
Cancellation policy: if client plans change, we ask to be notified 2 weeks in advance at minimum. We approach our clients with a flexible mindset and will do our best to reschedule. Cancellations received 48 hours or less before an appointments will be subject to a rebooking fee of €30.00.

Tours

For in person learning tours/visits we are delighted to share how BIA has evolved from a feasibility study to Ireland’s leading food innovation campus and welcome groups to our facilities. To date, we have facilitated dozens of visits and provided our first-hand experience to groups from across the country and beyond. However, as a small and growing social enterprise, we are challenged by our time availability to make these happen, so you will understand that we need to apply a modest facilitation fee for site tours.
