We are delighted to announce that registration is now open for Food Safety Internal Auditor Training, a two-day industry-focused programme at BIA Innovator Campus, delivered in partnership with Rural Food Skillnet and led by Dr. Fiona Masterson of The Learning Reservoir.
Designed for food business operators, supervisors, HACCP team members, and quality personnel, this practical course focuses on developing confident and competent internal food safety auditors.

Fee for participants eligible for Rural Food Skillnet funding: €430
Participants will learn how to:
- Plan, conduct, and report internal food safety audits
- Evaluate HACCP systems, PRPs, and food safety documentation
- Identify non-conformances and prepare professional audit reports
- Apply auditing skills through practical exercises in a manufacturing environment
Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of the programme.
