We are excited to announce that our new Erasmus project, VINTA, will be officially launched at the upcoming Irish Drinks Forum.

This event offers the perfect stage to share VINTA’s mission. VINTA aims to transform vocational training and workforce inclusion in the brewing, distilling, and winemaking sectors by empowering women through education, mentorship, and industry collaboration. The project equips women with technical skills, leadership training, and entrepreneurial knowledge while supporting employers in creating inclusive workplaces.

VINTA particularly supports professionals in crisis-affected regions, such as Ukraine, ensuring access to flexible, digital-first learning pathways. This project aims to create:

  • Eye Opener Report: A groundbreaking cross-sectoral gender mapping analysis across brewing, distilling, and winemaking, identifying barriers and opportunities for inclusion.
  • Best Practices Repository: Real-life examples of inclusive training programmes and employer strategies, fostering cross-sector learning.
  • VINTA OERs: Three flexible, sector-specific learning pathways that offer modular, accessible training aligned with NVQ Levels 3–6.
  • Train-the-Trainer Playbook: A practical guide for VET providers and industry educators on delivering inclusive and impactful training.
  • DEI Toolkit for Employers: The first sector-specific toolkit offering strategies for fair recruitment, leadership development, and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Mentorship Network: A structured EU-wide system linking women with 100+ senior professionals for career guidance and support.
  • VINTA Digital Learning Hub: An open-access platform hosting all training modules, resources, and toolkits, supporting long-term learning and policy impact.

Stay tuned, more details will be shared soon!!
