The DigiFABS mission is to create sustainable digital transformation for SMEs in the food and beverage sector. The goal of the project is to enhance digital skills and knowledge within the F&B sector, enable digital transformation in manufacturing and equip learners with skills to ensure a sustainable future for the F&B sector. We have developed online bootcamps for educators and F&B SMEs interested in digital transformation and to prepare them for the Challenge. The Summer School and Challenge will be an intensive week of offline and online learning programme.
The project objectives include:
Identify skill gaps in the F&B SME sector and help them overcome barriers hindering the adoption of new technologies.
Develop training methodologies that strategically enhance digital skills for food SMEs and VET bodies.
